Event Details

Journalists, programmers, designers and business development folks will gather in the name of news innovation. The plan is to pitch ideas and work in teams to build functioning prototypes of new digital tools, destinations or platforms in one day. So bring your ideas and be ready to help make them reality.

NOTE: In addition to the Friday all-day event, we will gather the night before to break bread, spill beer and introduce ourselves to one another. Stay tuned for details.

Thanks to the good folks at SeattlePI.com, we have a great room with wifi and whiteboards. Your registration dollars will entitle you to coffee, lunch, and beers afterward to celebrate your accomplishments. (Please bring a commuter mug so we don't have to worry about coffee cups.)

We're looking for tech-savvy journalists, programmers, designer/developer/UI people, entrepreneurs and some college students. You must be currently enrolled in college to qualify for a student ticket.

We're still looking for someone to design a GonzoCamp logo so, if you feel inspired or know someone who would be good, let us know.

For information on the previous GonzoCamp event in May, visit GonzoCamp.com.
